01 Accepting the Terms

When you register a JILIMACAO account, add funds, or place a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to follow them. These Terms cover everyone who uses the JILIMACAO platform, including visitors who simply browse the site without creating an account.

JILIMACAO reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. For important revisions, we will notify you through the email address tied to your account or by posting a notice on the platform. If you continue using JILIMACAO after an update goes live, that will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms. 02 Eligibility Requirements

03 Registering an Account

• Your account information—including the name you registered with—cannot be transferred to anyone else.

04 Funding Your Account and Payments

You can fund your JILIMACAO account using bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. All deposit amounts are processed in Philippine pesos (₱). JILIMACAO does not charge a standard deposit fee, though your mobile wallet or bank provider may impose its own transaction charges.

In most cases, deposits reflect in your JILIMACAO account right away. If your deposit still does not show up after 15 minutes, contact our support team and keep your transaction reference number ready. JILIMACAO cannot be held liable for delays caused by your mobile wallet or bank provider.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• All deposits must come from a mobile wallet or bank account that is registered under your own name.
• JILIMACAO will not accept deposits sent from another person's account or made on behalf of other players.
• To support responsible gaming, JILIMACAO may set deposit limits on individual accounts as needed.
• Mistaken deposits cannot always be reversed, so reach out to support right away if you accidentally fund the wrong amount.

05 Withdrawals

JILIMACAO sends withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket accounts that are registered under the same name as your JILIMACAO account. In most cases, withdrawal requests are processed within five minutes after you submit them, any day and at any hour. Fast processing is one of the core commitments JILIMACAO makes to every player.

Before you can process your first cashout, JILIMACAO may ask you to complete identity verification. This standard security step helps protect your account from unauthorized withdrawals. You may need to submit a clear copy of your national ID or another government-issued identification card.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawal requests must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under your own name. No exceptions apply.
• For standard withdrawals, JILIMACAO does not impose any processing fee.

06 Betting Rules

Every bet you place on JILIMACAO is governed by the specific rules for that sport, game, or market. These rules are shown on each betting market and game page. When you confirm a bet, you agree that you have read and understood the rules that apply to that market.

JILIMACAO may cancel any bet placed due to a technical error, incorrect odds display, or system malfunction. When this happens, your stake will be returned to your account. JILIMACAO also reserves the right to adjust the maximum stake on any market at any time.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it is final. You cannot cancel or change it after placement.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled based on the specific rules for that market.
• The settlement decision made by JILIMACAO for any bet is final.
• Most markets on the platform require a minimum stake of ₱10.
• The maximum payout for a single bet can be limited, and the applicable cap is shown inside each market before you confirm your wager.
• JILIMACAO can limit a particular account's access to selected betting markets when the platform deems it necessary.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, JILIMACAO gives bonuses and promos to both first-time and returning players aged 21 and above. Each offer comes with its own conditions, such as playthrough requirements, validity periods, and limits on which games count. Those offer-specific rules appear with the promotion and are also part of these Terms and Conditions.

A wagering requirement tells you how many times you need to play through a bonus before you can take it out as cash. If a bonus has a 10x requirement, for instance, your total qualifying bets must reach ten times the value of that bonus before a withdrawal is allowed.

• All bonuses are placed in a dedicated bonus balance. You cannot withdraw that balance until you have completed the required playthrough.
• Unless the specific promo says otherwise, you can only have one active bonus at a time.
• JILIMACAO may end or pull back any bonus offer at any time and is not required to give advance notice.
• Any bonus gained through fraud, such as using multiple accounts, will be removed and forfeited.

• If you do not complete the playthrough within the time allowed, the bonus will expire.

08 Responsible Gaming

• Self-Exclusion: Close your account for a minimum of six months. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the JILIMACAO platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on JILIMACAO.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the JILIMACAO platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using JILIMACAO for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Trying to get into another player's account without their consent.
• Using your own account to place bets for someone else.
• Taking part in any kind of match-fixing or manipulation of sports results.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing JILIMACAO team members or other players.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

JILIMACAO reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without advance notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder violated these Terms and Conditions, took part in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

When your account is suspended, JILIMACAO will notify you through the email address linked to your account. You may be allowed to respond to the stated reason before a final decision is made. For serious breaches such as fraud, money laundering, or the use of bots, your account may be closed right away without prior notice.

• You can close your JILIMACAO account anytime by reaching out to our support team.
• If you voluntarily close your account, any remaining real-money balance will be sent back to the payment method you registered.
• Bonus balances that have not satisfied the wagering requirements will not be refunded when the account is closed.
• If your account is closed because of a Terms violation, any remaining balance will not be returned.

11 Intellectual Property

Everything you see on JILIMACAO — the site layout, logos, images, game screens, text, and software — belongs to JILIMACAO or its licensed partners as intellectual property. Copying, republishing, sharing, or making derivative content from any of these materials requires prior written approval.

JILIMACAO's name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks. Using them without authorization—whether on social media, third-party websites, or promotional materials—is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

JILIMACAO supplies the platform on an "as is" basis. Our team monitors systems to support uptime, but we cannot guarantee continuous availability or completely error-free performance. JILIMACAO is not liable for losses caused by downtime, technical glitches, or service disruptions.

Within the limits allowed by law, JILIMACAO's total liability for any claim connected to platform use is capped at the amount you deposited in the 30 days before the claim. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

If a court rules that any part of these Terms is invalid or cannot be enforced, the rest of the Terms remain valid and in effect. The invalid section will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
